• Account information: email address, and for Event Organizers, name and contact details.
• Purchase information: event, ticket quantity, and price. Payment card details are processed directly by Stripe and are not stored on our servers.
• Usage information: pages visited, links clicked (including promotional links), and general device/browser information.
• Content you submit: event flyers, descriptions, and any messages sent through our Get Help feature.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process ticket purchases and deliver QR code tickets;
• To send order confirmations and, where applicable, promoter or event-related notifications;
• To operate and improve the Service, including troubleshooting and customer support;
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse of the Service.

3. Sharing With Event Organizers

If you purchase a ticket to an event listed by an Event Organizer, we may share your name, email, and ticket type with that Event Organizer for purposes of managing entry and their guest list. Event Organizers are responsible for how they handle any information shared with them.

4. Service Providers

We use the following third-party service providers to operate OpenRopes:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Supabase — database and account authentication
• Resend — transactional email delivery

Each of these providers processes information subject to their own privacy policies.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We may use cookies or similar technologies to keep you signed in and to understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect functionality.
